Today are the times of people are very busy, especially for office workers. They do not have much time to maintain their fitness and health. Especially for us who live in a big city. Avoid eating unhealthy foods / junk foods. Junk foods are bad for our body's health because they have little nutrients and contain high levels of fat, salt and sugar. Try switching to vegetables, fruits and if you want you can add some food supplements into your menu. Try to be sweating. You can add some light exercises schedule in your day's activities. Some workout like push-up, pull-up, and sit-up are workout that you can choose. Why? Because the workout does not require any equipment and you can do during your free time in the office or at home. You can also try to change the way you go to the office, if normally you go by car then now try to go ride a bicycle or walking. Or you can do your homework like cleaning kitchen, wash your car, or just sweep your garden.

Drink as much water as you can drink. This sounds easy but it is very difficult to do. We must remember 70% of our body is water so we have to enough drink to help maintain our fitness. The water also helps prevent cramps bibs. Water serves as a lubricant for the joints in the body so that we can work normally. Water also dissolving the salt and minerals in the urine, thus preventing the occurrence of the kidneys stone. Therefore try to drink water 2 liters or 8 glasses of water a day.
